Message is hard working woman should have stayed home with kids

I honestly cannot believe where they went with this movie. Woman is successful at her career. Working to have a better life for her family.

The "repeat a day until you get it right" twists into a rather loaded agenda this movie seems to have.

Husband seems like a stay at home Dad or something is not working with his job, they really do not explain that at all. It seems like nothing is on him in the equation. He tells her, after about the 5th redone day, that she is never there and it is not working they should split up. The "moral" of the movie seems to be everything is her fault, and she should not have gone back to work. Who wrote this script and what is their agenda?

I found this movie offensive actually. A man can live a life with work like they show her, but not a woman? The speech she makes at the end was just dreadful and cringe and begging her husband to stay with her, even if they have to sell their house, ride bikes and eat ramen? Apologizing to her kids for working and not paying enough attention to them. She seemed like a normal Mom to me.

It totally seems she is quitting her successful career, and this "saves her marriage". Then they really confuse things in the last minute of the movie when she tells her boss she not coming in for a month and taking her family on a vacation. So she actually did not quit her job?? Someone must have hastily rewritten the final minute.

That poor groundhog

Take Groundhog Day, subtract Bill Murray and most of the charm and comedy of the movie but sprinkle in Christmas and boom, it still doesn't quite describe what this is. I've been a fan of the leading actress since her days as a South Central Louisiana State University Mud Dog. It's a Christmas movie so it's not supposed to be Oscar worthy but parts of this were just low effort high cringe. For the life of me I'll never understand certain aspects of this movie (I'll just say basketball) but they really do tie it in a neat little bow by the end. Still can't stop thinking about how much she liked bad boys in college though...

Very unrealistic Christmas

I found this to be very poor writing felt like they were trying to copy Groundhog Day And the family getting upset over silly little things cause it looks like they live very comfortable lives It should be very grateful for the things they have In another note, if anyone ever talks to your boss, like that, feel free to fire them, because in the real world that would never happen?

But I do understand this is a cheap Christmas spirit movie, but I wish it had a little bit more spirit and more like a holiday movie It felt very flat unsatisfying Definitely no need for a sequel to this movie Thank u.
